    Cameron Toogood

    Cameron is a previous graduate of the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Science (Neuroscience), and is taking a gap year in Beijing following his third year of medical school. He currently studies Chinese language at the International Chinese Language and Culture Centre, Tsinghua University, as a recipient of the Confucius Institute New Zealand-China Scholarship and the New Zealand-based Prime Minister’s Scholarship to Asia. He is interested in projects promoting international scientific collaboration as drivers of global innovation. He serves as a Liaison Officerat the New Zealand Centre, and is a teaching assistant for the New Zealand History and Culture Undergraduate Course (when in session).     Matilda Gaby

    Matilda is a recent graduate of the Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Science in Development Studies and a minor in Chinese language. She is studying Chinese language at Peking University as a recipient of a New Zealand-China scholarship from the Confucius Institute in Auckland for 2017 and the Prime Minister’s Scholarship for Asia 2017. Currently she serves as a New Zealand Centre Liaison Officer and private tutor. She is also a teaching assistant for the New Zealand History and Culture Undergraduate Course (when in session).
